I was excited to use the ap to look up programs being held at various branches but the only programs listed are for the main library please fix Only main library programs

This app rocks u can download books and I love this app The best

First impression after trying the app 1 Logging in to My Account did not work it just took me back to the home screen and did not show me what I have checked out 2 There is no advanced search and no apparent way to sort or filter the catalog search results These two features need to be improved to make this a more useful app Without them you are better off using a computer to access the library web site Limited Features

Cant put items on hold Cant access account Whats the point in having the ap if two of the most important features dont work PS your website is not iPhone friendly either Useless

This app could be great but only works for me about 20 of the time It is very frustrating because when i try to access my account the server is never responsive Of course by the time I remember to try again or login on a real computer I have late fees Also I tried to set up calendar notifications to avoid missing due dates but those have also been unsuccessful Awesomewhen it works

I like that I can access my account and check out book It great that I can manage my downloadable books and even audiobooks but the search feature for all of the catalogs is not very helpful since you can only search by title or author so you pretty much have to know what you want to start with Kind of helpful

What a great app for a fabulous library system Plch is awesome

Its okay I suppose but you should be able to put items on hold and pay fines okay

I love this app Works very well on my Kindle but there seems to be some bugs on my iPhoneAfter locating books by a particular author I clicked to try to order and for every book I tried it linked to a totally different book Very frustrating Worked well at first

I would like to see support for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus The app tends to be very blurry while using these devices Also Passbook support would be superb I would like to store my library card on the Passbook app on my iPhone and easily pull up my digital library card whenever I can This can really make the Cincinnati Public Library one of the greatest library systems in the world Great App Just needs work

Canceled hold without confirming when I thought I was getting book info Frustrating Poor design

This a great app Really convenient and easy to use The only thing bad I can say about it is that it didnt come out sooner Love this app

As stated in the previous review the library has made internal changes that have rendered this obsolete Its too bad as it was very useful Useless and outdated indeed

Ive had the app for awhile and really loved it but last week something weird happened One day when opening the app all I got was an under construction message from Boopsie Nothing else was there or accessible After a few hours it was working again but Ive noticed one major change since On the Library Programs tab where it has the calendar of events it now only lists events at the Main library It used to list all the programs at all the branches I loved this feature and miss it dearly Please fix Strange glitch just appeared

App crashes regularly freezes up Great potential but in need of update

I have used this app for a couple of months with no issues I used it a couple of times a week and was able to put things on hold with no issues Now I cant even access my account Unsure what the deal is Hope it gets fixed I love this app Used to be good but stopped working

If youre addicted to reading this is like having your dealer on speed dial o Search the catalog place a hold get an email when the book you requested arrives at your local branch o See a book in a store scan the barcode see if the library carries it o Search for ebooks tap the url in the search results hop over to the electronic collection If the electronic edition is checked out place a hold Copies on the eshelf For some formats check it out and have it delivered to your device over wifi Crack for Readers

About this up coming app read in librarys news letter couple of months ago Now glad to see it in the app store Seamlessly works with my iPhone 4S Good job and sure five star to these wonderful chain of library system and the app Like its connection and integration with my account and overdrive media

This seemed like a great app But it wont let me access my account Thats the main reason I downloaded it Please fix User

This app finally allowed me to use the librarys ebooks in a way that made sense and I love e books Few suggestions When searching the e library I would love to be able to look by category I would also appreciate that when I look at a book and go back to catalog it takes me to where I was instead of to the beginning again Being able to see a download history would be great in case I dont get to read all I checked out and I would love to be able to renew Thanks Great start

After you download this app you must download another then another and possibly more before getting a book Who designed this thing Potential but too much hassle

The library has made their app obsolete by updating their internal electronicdigital services while setting their mobile app adrift The app identifies many features like My Account as temporarily unavailable They provide a link to I formation about upgrades to their services that reveals that mobile abilities will be suspended during a specified period The problem is that this time period is past and theres no revised dates given for service black outs Here I thought libraries were known for providing information I guess they havent clued into the fact that its a mobile age Useless outdated info

I loved the app before they redid the catalog system hopefully the app will be revise soon New version coming

This app rulings painfully slow on my iPod Its convenient but only when its not taking an hour to load Runs slow

This was a great app Not anymore I have uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it would help but it did not They redid their library catalogue and now the app doesnt allow the user to access their account at all That was the only reason I used the app in the first place Please fix it Please fix
