I was initially apprehensive in spending the money for the app so I tried the lighter version Contact manager which worked perfectly I have down loaded the application and tried to connect to the same server and it does not connect and it says user is not authorized I have contacted the vendor and have not got any support to resolve the issue I would expect that if you are going to price your application at this price point that you would offer an equivalent level of support There are cheaper applications that provide some of the functionality I would recommend you try them and avoid any applications by this vendor as there is no support Dont waste your money

It connected to my CRM right off the bat wow the one thing the others dont do but wait theres more As it turns out this app is slow uploading and downloading even over wifi and crashes 9 of 10 tries on upload You have to manually refresh every view and it takes many upload attempts to get it to register the new appointments and activities Oddly enough there is no way to assign activites to people that actually causes there to be any required or optional attendees which means it wont show up in their outlook or mobile device calendar it will only show up in the CRM super classic another partially functional CRM app that is little more than a glorified database viewer and may as well not cost 9900 it should be free In fact this company makes a free viewer for CRM contacts and since this offers little more in functionality I would get that Just my 2 cents but I wouldnt buy this app again Buggy Crash Epic Fail
