This app is very good Im impressed with the quality of bikes and how easy it is to use Customer service is great and always on point Very impressed and will be using this service for a long time                 User friendly

Spokefly has been a lifesaver in Austin I work downtown and there are always bikes available nearby I like the new flat pricing too as variable pricing can be really confusing I havent had any issues with bikes being out of commission so will gladly continue to use the service                 Rockin Austin

Some friends of mine and I rented a bunch of spokefly bikes for a brewery crawl in Austin and it couldnt have been easier We reserved via the app and picked them up right near my office We rode them around for a few hours between breweries then locked and dropped them off near our last stop where we had to take a car because we got too sloshed Super simple super cheap Cant say enough good things about Spokefly                 Easy way to rent bikes for cheap slick app

My friends and I have used Spokefly on several occasions for group party events around downtown and East Austin and the service has never disappointed The app design is clean and straight forward and the experience was a delight                 Solid Service and App

I just visited Austin and heard about SF from a friend I figured Id try my hand at exploring a city on two wheels Austin has some city bike rental stations but the bikes are absurd there are fixed destinations and the cost is ridiculous I jumped on this app and in a couple minutes I had a nice bike available to me I rode Spokefly all weekend                 Biking in a new city

I was going to use bcycle in austin but then heard about spokefly The payment was super easy and I didnt have to worry about overages The bike was also way nicer than I expected Keep rockin spokeflies                 Better than bcycle

Made it really easy to rent a bike                 Awesome bikes loved it

Spokefly is way more convenient than the city or corporate run bike rentals I usually can walk right outside and grab a bike for a couple hours or the day if I need I suggest it whenever friends come to town and need an easy way to get around central or downtown austin                 Great bike rental option

The app is the problem here On my very first try the app refused to let me find the bike I was standing next to then took me to a bike whose number was NOT what was displayed on my phone The app crashes at least three times while I was trying to force it to rent me an actual nearby bike This might have been helped by allowing me to enter the actual number of the bike in front of me What a concept Let the system tell me why it wont rent me that bike instead of pretending it didnt exist Finishing the ride was fine worked perfectly They showed my ride starting at 1133 and ending at 1139 but charged me for 7 minutes instead of 6 Apparently they round up which is ok I could have walked the entire distance I needed to go in less than half the time it took me to get the app to function and rent me a bike Not happy with this app or service Shame it was such a boat for the city but now I understand why I dont ever see anyone riding spoke days when there are 400 of them in the downtown area           LOTS of room for improvement

I used this last weekend with my fiancee to get around Austin The bikes we got were in great shape and were a dream to ride The app was super easy to use Overall it was a great experience Cant wait to use it again next weekend                 Great app

I cant begin to tell you how much I enjoy using Spokefly The app has changed my life drastically by letting me rent a bike whenever and wherever I need it I dont want to buy a high dollar bike that wont offset its cost for years and renting a bike from the City of Austin is just as pricey With Spokefly I can grab a bike and get anywhere I want really fast On top of that I actually have friends who are MAKING MONEY when they rent their bikes out Such a cool service The app is smooth looks great and the team is always willing to help out when I have a question I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Spokefly                 User

SPOKEFLY is definitely the way to go if youre trying to get around town Its great for beginner and advanced riders and pairs you with gradeA bikes A couple of my friends were able to use the app when visiting ATX for major festivals like ACL and Fun Fun Fun Fest Nate and Dan the cofounders are very responsive and easy to get ahold of if riders have any questions about the app All in all I would recommend SPOKEFLY as a dependable transportation option and a reliable app to invest in                 Fast and Easy Bike Rental
