If somehow you manage to actually open the app without it crashing dont worry it will crash soon thereafter How does a huge company like Universal even allow this This app has not worked in at least six months maybe even a year I say this as a corporate high level executive of one of the largest companies in the world Were I in charge of the division that is responsible for putting out this product or farming it out I would fire the person that has made the decision to continue to allow this app to be on the market WORTHLESS crashes on opening

This app is awesome Everything you need Gives step by step directions to get to all the rides dining and bathrooms It even has a place to put in where youre parked so you dont forget Love this
Being a universal AP and having an apple watch I think it would be neat to be able to see wait times and show times right from my wrist and this would defiantly encourage me to use the app more often Could be improved

My girlfriend and I used this app for both parks and both the map and the wait times were functional and helpful The list form is easier to navigate but the you are here locater on the map is great to refer to Really helpful

Recommend this app for use in the park Recommend that you install it before you get there and that you take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with how to navigate around the app It can be a bit much to learn on the fly Love the guide me feature to help with getting where you need to go Wait times are slow to update and navigation with in the app is IMO a little harder than it needs to be But overall this is a wonderful tool to have in the park Thanks Universal Handy and highly user friendly

Im in Universal Orlando standing in front of Escape From Gringots and ride wait is 45min has been all morning But app says 10min Wait times are never correct on app Nothing more then a map
While the user interface is very nice the app is proven useless if you want to see waiting times For example app listed Gringotts as 75minute wait whereas the real waiting time is 15 minutes Other time Ripsaw Falls was listed as delayed in the app where in reality it was a 5minute wait Nice app but useless if not updated properly Good UX Design but Lackluster Updates

When visiting Universal Orlando this app is very useful giving you hours wait times parking reminders and more However with this update when the app opens it stays on the Universal Orlando logo and I cant get past it Please fix this issue Needs to be fixed
We used this on our recent trip to both parks The wait times displayed in the app were not anywhere close to what was displayed at the ride entrances For example at 130 the app showed a wait time as 5 minutes when it was actually 45 Very inaccurate

This app was amazing The wait times were always on point and refreshed frequently to stay constant It was great to filter through the various ride types and food locations This is literally your best way to get around the park beat wait times and plan your day perfectly My wife and I were able to do everything possible without having to wait I only wished you could see the menu from the various restaurants But besides the fact amazing and must have to get around and have the most enjoyable experience Your perfect guide
The new updates greatly improve in some of the apps weaker areas and they have taken out many bugs and glitches Its also worth mentioning that they have added the actual menus for restaurants which is a nice addition for those who dont know what is serves where Furthermore the wait times are extremely helpful when at the park and its nice to have a map on your phone rather than on paper Overall if youre taking a trip to Universal greatly consider downloading the app A must have for Universal Tourists
This is a very well constructed app and it is very useful when at the park Its simple design and easy to understand maps are definitely a bonus Great App
